1. General admin -Responsible office necessaries, as office stationary, name card ordering, print material and handle office administrative expenditure. -Ensure proper operation of office equipment including preventive maintenance, arranging for repairs, and maintaining consumable equipment inventories (toner, paper, staples, etc.) -Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages -Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail -Managing calendars: meeting and event arrangements -Prepare expense invoices & related reports for the facility part -Vendor management to reduce the admin cost, control the admin expenditure within annual budget and provide monthly admin expenditure record and analysis to management level. -Supervise and inspect on Cleaner Management, Reception Management and Environment Management -Manages and maintains files and records of administration. -Preparing the managing the Company events as like the Workshop and Team dinner -Schedule travel for management, coordinate with travel agency to obtain the best possible trip & coordinate hotel arrangements for oversea visitors -Help to apply for VISA (India, China, USA etc,,) -For visitor¡¯s or employee¡¯s information, making the business travel schedule and agenda file and inform that to them related in the travel. -Handing the issue related in the business travel and help to visitors for their comfortable travel. -Update the employee information (Organization, contact No. Join date,, etc) -Preparing the office supplies for the new comer and managing the p-file and probation review -Assist Management Team to formulate various company policies and regulations. -Ad-hoc daily works following
2. IT Support -Raising the IT ticket for the new account as like window, mail, SAP,, etc -Managing the list of the group mail and authorization for the common server -Handing for the IT issue as the request from employees -Purchasing and requesting the repair for the hardware, software for the working smoothly (HW : Laptop, Printer, etc,,, SW : window,, etc)
-Good communication skill -Good command of English/Korean, both in oral and written -Proficiency on Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, etc.) -Computer Skill: Excellent Computer Skills/Internet Research Abilities/Able to Operate a range of office machines such as computer, printer and fax -Willing to work under pressure. -Strong organization skill and details oriented.
